I heard that VCFD will be hiring another class off their current list they have now. Does anyone know where they are at on the list? I am pretty far down, but just curious where they left off?

I was contacted about 3 or so months ago by a Back Ground Investigator for a former FF of mine that is being hired with VCFD. Not sure how many they are hiring. If you know where you stand on the list, it might help to find out how many they are hiring and that will tell you where you're now at on the list.

I called last week. They are still in band one. There were 99 people in this band. Im in the band, but have not been contacted. They will know by the end of next month, from what the HR person told me. 17 is about the number of recruits they want to put through.
