Was looking at the list. Tennessee was left off today. Looks like a lot went to the North East.

So with this estimate of 1350 awards left and supposedly 11,000 rejections handed out this week out of 15,000 applications, one could reasonably guess that the folks who have not received a rejections have a one in four chance. (based on these statistics) I will take those odds.

Caveat-I think this year the later round awards will be skewed to higher numbers per grant due to the high price regional comms grants being awarded.
