When an automaker wants to 'test the water' and get customer opinions on their future ideas, they build what is called a 'concept' vehicle.
The BMW i-3 Concept vehicle has some interesting features. If they ever become a part of a future BMW hybrid, then rescue personnel will have some interesting challenges in store for them.

I particularly like the glass paneled doors. All we would need would be a spring-loaded center punch!

Ugly.
Love to trunk tunnel that thing, take out the spoiler and catch all the falling glass. Done.~Drew

Besides the smaller size BMW concept Hybrid, the i-3, there is a Big Brother, the i-8.

Is that the Flux Capacitor built into the center console?
Anyone ever cut a Delorean? Do the gull doors present a problem? I wouldn't think the different door angles would present a problem here other then you'd have to be aware of them and adapt accordingly. The strut at the base of the A-post would also be something to be aware of.So you call this your free country
