Hello,

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to email or fax me a copy of their department's inspection report template. I am extremely new to inspections but have been asked to rethink our department's printouts.

Ours is basically a generic one we use for all inspections

You write in type
Name of business
Adress

Emergency contact

And a few other stuff

Than the rest of the form has lines to write violations on

I do not like check box forms, does not make you look at the entire place
