None close because it's residential. I'd recommend airbnb to find someone who lives nearby. Otherwise, there are clusters of hotels at 71/35 and 71/Mopac that are your best choice. Rent a car because there are no bus routes convenient and cabs for that far would be more expensive than a rental.

I recommend renting a car. I google what it would cost for to rent a cab and its going to cost $45 one way and that's not counting bad traffic or the cab driver taking the long way. However, it's going to cost me $30 plus tax to rent a car.

Also, keep in mind that the car rental comes with a $200-$350 deposit which is refunded when you drop off the car. I had to plan for that last year when i went.

That's not what I was told. I would have to put down a deposit if my insurance didnt cover rental cars, but it does so I'm not going have to put down a deposit.

Who did you rent with? (Just so I can know who to avoid! I rent a lot with Enterprise and Alamo and have never had to pay a deposit.)

I haven't rented a car since I was in high school and don't remember having to put down a deposit. I was getting nervous about some hidden fees.

from the information i've received and research i've done, there is a deposit with *most* every company (i've rented or done research on most all of them) It's just like when you check into a hotel as it's an incidental deposit just in case they need to put gas or anything else. it might be different with some companies out of state but I would just read the fine print because they always have those pesky fees!

Spoke with a firefighter last night who told me the DOJ investigation was over and nothing came of it. So that's that.

So it was not mentioned in the orientation I was in, but was it recommended to look at the camera?

Probably best since that is who you are responding to

And talk as much time as they give you to respond do not give a two sentence answer
