FPSI 10th Edition Test??????????

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has ever taken the FPSI test before( The 10th edition one) I am schedule to take it soon and I have been studying the book that was sent to me made a study guide out of it. Is there anything else I should be studying beside this FPSI 10th edition manual. Can anyone help any good tips or even heads up of what kind of questions to expect will be great. Depends on what the posting says. When I took it it was all from the study guide but I have also seen posting where the book was only 75% of it. The hardest questions for me were from the last section (SOG/SOP's) but you should know everything, including the most obscure numbers. Literally every word in that book is fair game. Note cards worked for me. Study hard and good luck!

Know that book like the back of your hand SOPs/ SOGs were the hardest for me too. Purchase the study guide off FPSI's website so you can figure out which chapters you need to brush up on.

Im taking this test (FPSI 10th Edition) on Tuesday for the Tacoma Fire Dept) I have both the study guide and practice test book. Been reading it over and over as much as possible. Assuming from previous comments this test is solely on the preparation manual?? Eeek that's a lot of memorizing lol.

I'm also testing with a Dept in July that is using FPSI 10th edition. I have a study guide, but did not know there was a practice test book thanks geoff2448!
