It was a situation we don't often run into, for sure. Two hundred gallons of jet fuel running down a 30 degree slope. They got the running fire knocked down on the track once only to have it run back down again on them.
I'm sure it was a "whodathunkit" for them - Montoya managed to slide in between the blocking truck and the dryer truck.
Lucky that any injuries were minor.
I did notice, though, that the driver of the dryer truck didn't seem to have on a fire suit. Bet they will now...Opinions my own. Standard disclaimers apply.

How many drivers does it take to cause a 2-hour delay at Daytona?
