    make sure you can perform the dummy drag, that is where most people fail. Work your cardio, and your deltoids and triceps. Get used to wearing a 45 lbs vest. Also, when you are watching the video make sure that you stretch and also complete a warmup workout that morning. I know people who went home with sore shoulders.
