Would like the input of administrative level persons on:
Do you have an IT department/committee specific to the FD?
What do they handle, what falls under their "umbrella."
Issues for seen with an IT Department.
What do you feel an IT Department/Committee could benefit your department and/or what do you feel would make your department/committee better?
I have been recently approached about starting an IT committee for our department and want to get a foundation from other departments and personnel as to where all this opportunity can go.
Thank you for your time.
