Default Work Style Inventory / Personality questions on written exams

Strongly Agree. Agree. Disagree. Strongly Disagree.

I have asked about these questions in the past and it seems like they are growing in popularity on written exams including the bigger cities that just tested in the past week. Does anyone have a method to the madness or any idea on how to answer these questions since they are a graded portion on the written. Itís not like there are only 4 or 5 questions. I recently look a test that had over 100 of these.

Simple method: Honestly answer them the best you can. Just like every other test.
