May these fine men rest in peace. I know they leave behind a noble legacy at a fine fire department.

Thank you!!
I would like to thank all the brothers who came out for the viewings and funeral last night/today. I know from speaking to a few of the guys, we were all surprised at the turnout. Saw departments from as far as Edmonton, Montreal, Colorado, South Carolina, and so many more; and for every out-of-state attendee, there must have been dozens of guys from the surrounding counties. So proud to see all of them, and the dozens of local departments that were lining the procession route to the cemetery.
I cannot speak for everyone in the PFD, but to a man, everyone I spoke to expressed the same feelings I feel. Seeing the turnout was a great morale booster, and we were awestruck at the brotherhood displayed. Thank you.Opinions expressed are mine alone, and do not necessarily reflect those of the Philadelphia Fire Department and/or IAFF Local 22.
