Hey guys,
Can someone shed some light on where I can find our department's ISO rating? Is there some website that you can search by department name? NY State fire administer's office? This is new to me and searching the forums turned up little. Thanks.

The Fire Chief can request a copy of the Classification Details and Improvement Statements from ISO at 1-800-444-4554.

ISO Ratings book
Any local Fire Insurance Company, which uses ISO, should have a book of ISO ratings for your entire state.

Make sure you don't have different ratings for different parts of your area. Ours is either a 5 or a 9 depending on whether there's hydrants within 1000'.
