    The letters are out. Just recieved mine. Do not expect an explanation as the letter is general in nature. It will be a couple of weeks before we recieve any info on where we actually stand; non-compelling arguments or just outside the funding limits.

    Am really surprised that they couldn't find a measly 15k in spare change to send my way.
    I guess ya just need to ask for a million dollar project to get funded.
