I really didn't think it would happen but he's been fired. Don't worry though, they'll bring in another similar individual.

Man, that Fire Commissioner is one arrogant POS!! Someone needs to give him a 2000 gpm enema.
I hope he was stripped of his pension and bennies when he was fired.E-4-A

Love of the job and sense of community only can take you so far. Eventually most people need to see some results from all the work they do. Banging your head against the wall every day eventually wears a guy down. Those guys obviously have a lot of stamina. I'm sure they'd like to see a little ray of hope every once in a while.
