Narrative on Pumper in merging talks

I was looking for a narrative on Pumper for a department that has a 1981 Pumper and a 2004 Mini Pumper. We are in talks with a neighboring department about merging. Any department that was successful in a grant please email me at allenportchief40@yahoo.com

Apps are only about the current conditions at the time you press submit. Unless the merger is signed off on then it's not reality. Can maybe mention the merger as a way to save money and be more efficient, but then you'd have to bring in the other department's vehicles and explain why the combined department would need the new truck. After all the merger could fall apart or hit some legal snag and never happen.
