In the AFG program Guide it states "organization’s funding will be held to your population funding cap" How do you know the funding capfor your population?

Population less than 500,000: $1,000,000
Population 500,001 to 1,000,000: $1,750,000
Population 1,000,000 or greater: $2,750,000Career Fire Lieutenant
