It took about 2.5 years after I submitted my close out report for 2008, but it has been officially approved by the AFG. Recieved an email this AM.

For those waiting an email came both to my personal and AFG accounts. You are still required:

1) Must maintain the equipment/supplies for the entire life cycle of the equipment/supplies.

2) Report to NFIRS for 1 year.

3) Maintain grant records for 3 years from the date of the AFG official close out letter.

Now if they could correct the issues so we can submit a close out report for 2009.
