Vehicle Inspection Sheet/Checklist (samples)

Hi all . . . . I am on a Fire Dept and I am in the process of updating our Sheet/checklist we use to do weekly/Monthly Truck Inspections. The sheet we use it out of date and isn't well organized. I was wondering if I could get some Samples of some Inspection Sheets/Checklists that you all may use, so I can use as a reference to see how to configure ours.

Just a suggestion, maybe start at the cab and work in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise pattern around the apparatus. That would make doing the 'check' more efficient and also help avoid skipping items.

While your at it, get under and above the rig. Seriously, find a DOT checklist, and then what you have, and combine the two.

Note to self.... make a pdf for rig inspections. DO'H
