At pretty much the last minute a local department I'm helping out decided to change its operational application to portable radios, and although I've already gotten the draft written, I'd really appreciate it if someone could share a successful narrative from the 2011 cycle with me so I'll have a better benchmark than the ones from 2007 and 2008 that I keep finding on the web. I have several successful narratives I can trade, including one for a tanker from last year.
