10 days to decide if I will apply for SAFER after the blitzkreig of AFG (and I started working on it in February) im not sure im up to SAFER this year. So heres the question small volunteer department with 25 members would any of yall even attempt SAFER. Bartender another round and make it a double.

The regionals no longer go straight to PR, they follow the same process as all applications for scoring; 50% computer & 50% PR.

Boy howdy after that "feeding frenzy" of last year, I am glad to see them subjecting all of them to a computer score. Bartender, it's been a long, long month can you just hang a drip IV of JD in my arm?

Thought I read in the guidance doc that some regionals would skip the computer screening. Man I hope we get past the computer. Still need to mosey on up to the AFG watering hole either way. Slept for fifteen hours straight after submitting on Friday.

Wouldn't it be nice while we are waiting to be able to 'close out' a grant from 2009? Can they really be still having trouble with the computer module? After three years, it's getting a little lame, don't you think?
