Firefighter / Paramedic Position

The City of Red Oak, Iowa is accepting applications for Firefighter/Paramedic. Applicants shall be registered as a Paramedic Specialist or at a minimum registered as an EMT and be willing and capable of obtaining the Paramedic Specialist certification within 24 months of employment. Iowa State Firefighter 1 certification preferred but not required. Applicants must possess a valid Iowa Drivers License and a High School Diploma or GED. Applications are available at the Iowa Workforce Development Center, or can be downloaded at redoakiowa.com. Completed applications must then be delivered to Red Oak City Hall, 601 N.
