    Default Thank you Capt. Bob

This is my story. I am not a relative of Capt Bob's, and I'm not trying to start a flame war. He really did help me out, and I've got a great job now because of him.

I was first introduced to Capt Bob and his program while serving in Iraq. He not only sent us his entire program for free, to study, but also stated that he was open for advice whenever all of us rotated back. When I was moved along in the process for my dream department, I know that he was the person I needed to call so I could make the goal of getting this job a reality. Capt Bob was available night and day for advice, critiquing, and support. It took several hour long sessions to fine tune and dial in my oral board skills. Having come from the military side of fire fighting, I was unfamiliar with the way those in the hiring chairs wanted to hear my answers. Capt Bob provided on the spot guidance, and a recorded file for me to hear and practice on my own. Capt Bob took my calls at any time of the day and night. He was always courteous, helpful, and above all professional. I know for a fact that I could not have done as well as I did without his help. Because of his coaching for the oral boards, I was able to move on in the process. Capt Bob stayed with me through the long, arduous ordeal of background checks, psychological exams, physicals, ‘integrity’ interviews, more cuts, and the final offer. With his support throughout the process I GOT THE JOB!! I would never have made it if it wasn’t for his help, and I can’t thank him enough.

Good for Captain Bob, and congratulations to you. This is brotherhood at its finest.
