    Anyone else on here attending the written on August 19??
    seems to be lots of talk about upcoming academy of roughly 50 recruit
    To the men who were there that day, my utmost respect.

    Right under 3000 people applied and tested. test didn't seem to bad. From what I saw they have there stuff together very organized and huge fire dept presence at test. Good luck to everyone who tested.

    I took the written exam as well. Has anyone heard anything yet? My first time applying to a department not sure how long it usually takes.

    They posted the CPAT prep guides on their website last week but I haven't heard anything yet either.

    500 were selected to move on after the exam...I just got my email telling me I moved on to the CPAT. Still no word as to when the CPAT is though...

    I haven't heard anything since the CPAT but I think they just finished it up on the 20th of Dec. Not sure what happens next. Just waiting for an email.

    I guess that would depend on how many and how well bi-lingual candidates scored on the test. Has anybody else heard anything since being asked if you can speak another language?
