Approved Ladder climb card

Hey everyone, I was looking at a department I want to apply to and I meet all of the requirements to apply except the approved ladder climb card from a licensed agency. Does anyone know where I can find online where and when these tests are held and who administers them? Thanks!

suggest call nearby departrments and they may do them or know who does, along with any fire academies in the area

What hobo couldn't climb up and down a ladder before this was implemented?
And now they CHARGE you for it???
