Any marathon runners out there? Got a couple of questions....
How do you maintain strength and size while preparing for a race? What does your workout plan look like?
I have an marathon planned half way through my preparing for my ironman tri and don't want to go full cardio too far out and lose strength that could make me weak on the fireground.
