I'd like some advice, if you all dont mind. Im involved in a recruitment process and after submitting an application and resume, and, passing a written test, I have been invited to a "screening". In speaking with the secretary at the department, she said I would be meeting members of the department. It would not be a fire and police commission type interview. So, what should I wear? Shirt, tie, suit? Or Maybe somethiing a little more casual like khakis and a polo shirt? Any other advice for this type of 'interview? Thanks in advance.
