my department received an email from fema last friday, telling us to go ahead and start our bid specifications for the 2012 afg we submitted. is this a standard email they are doing this year or should we start getting excited? anyone else received one? no 1199a upateds as of yet for us?
also another fd in our county received the same email 4 days earlier than we did. all other departments in our county that submitted afg this year have heard nothing?
