I could really use some help

I am preparing for an FPSI test over the 10th edition of the Candidate Preperation Manuel. The test is a little over a month. Any information over the test or best ways to prepre for this thing would be helpful. I also am in an EMT- A class and work so study time is very precious when I have it.
