End of the world party

Well, I don't know about you people, but I personally plan to gorge on wheat gluten. End of the world, right?
But I'm curious when the party is, and how you know it. Are you Mayan, or is this some nut-job cult calculation?
Somebody's gotta start working on the playlist, too...
"Until the End of the World"-- U2
"It's the End of the World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)"-- REM
"1999"-- Prince
"Until the World Ends"-- Britney Spears"Be polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everybody you meet.”

Britney was included for thematic relevance only, but if I could get her to perform live at the party, there would probably be some in attendance who would try to go out with a bang. Giggity.

Fireworks! Definitely gotta have fireworks. But I can't completely put safety out of my mind so, they must be shot so the residue lands in a large lake or river and not on people or any dry brush.

We are doing one partly steampunk-ish themed. No "electricity" type stuff.

Hey Cap? If they're stinking {puking} drunk, most of us aren't gonna want anything to do with 'em.

Since I'm one o them "Bah Hum Bug" guys, and like everyone else, spend 7 months of the year digging out from the debt created by "last" Christmas, maybe we'll all be saved?? hahahahahahahaa Anyhow, YEP I'm in for the party. Where we meeting?
I wonder if we'll get another one of them "Y2K" scares with computers?

I really thought our monster 4.3 earthquake here on Saturday was the beginning of the end. Maybe it is...
