    Default Software you can't find

    Hello,

Lets start a discussion around helping each other find software. Sometimes the piece of software you are looking for can't be found by doing a simple Google search. It looks like there's software out there for common problems like scheduling, billing, dispatching but it's tough to find which one is right for a specific situation.

If you are looking for a software solution to a specific problem, state what the problem and if you've tried any solutions. From this we can start helping each other.

    Cheers,

    Steve

Interesting - spoken just like a software vendor.

Anyways - we have all these billing companies out there, and I use one. I would switch in a minute if I could find one that not only handled my billing, but as part of my billing entry software had a NFIRS component, as well as possibly other modules such as inventory and training. Offer them all as part of the incentive for me to use one billing service over another.

Lots of departments that use billing simply can not afford NFIRS and other station software packages.

Maybe one of the software companies could get with the billing companies or vice versa to offer something.
