    Speaking of perspective:

    1 Avg Aerial award ($750k) = 1.05% of available funds
    1 Avg Pumper award ($300k) = 0.42% of the funding

    Everything gets tight when the money gets cut. Beats no program considering the current financial state of the union but think everyone wishes for the $600+ million days....makes all that money we dropped on keeping some foreign countries happy look like an even bigger waste than it did before....
