They probably only took the top 139 bc of budget restraints. It costs money to interview so many people. Also there are only 2 classes planned right now one starting in mid to late april and the next starting in november or december. Good luck to everyone who got an interview.

I never received an email from them but i also never received an email from them for the test until i called them directly....even though my email is correct in neo gov. i decided to ck out the neo gove site. there it had a prompt for me to select a date/time for an interview. so thats what i did...im going to call them again to confirm but does everyone have this prompt in the application status section? strange for sure...

While I passed the test I believe I didn't score high enough to move on in the process.

Yes sir, i had an interview on friday...from here I'm not sure. Hoping they put me on the email list this time around. The panel doing the interview was very organized and professional. I liked what I saw that day of the dept.

Well interviews are finished now and they said it should be about two weeks until we receive our numbers. How does everyone think they did? Any idea how many showed up for the interview? When I went the members of the department were very professional and squared away. Definitely helped relieve some of the stress. Really hoping to get called for the next step. Good luck to everyone.

you sure the interviews are done? I thought i remembered March dates on the sign up list.

Hate to deliver the bad news but rumor is that the process has been put on hold due to budget problems. Details should be forthcoming in the next few days to weeks. Sorry guys and gals.

Rumor is the union is after the department for some questionable hiring. I hear the union caught wind of the department calling people back for interviews that never showed up to test.

just speculation but I'm wondering if some more of the interview candidates never got emails telling them to select an interview date. They might have been trying to correct this by calling ppl who seemingly didnt show but were just never notified. time will tell...

Same here..... New status but no email. Probably get it tomorrow. I think every time the status has changed the email was usually the next day or so.
