Just a question here but what difference does it make if it's a small career dept versus a large career dept versus a small volunteer dept? Buildings are buildings and VES is VES no matter who does it and when. FDNY has used VES as an every day tactic for eons whether there is known entrapment or not. My volunteer organization as well as several of our surrounding mutual aid companies use it as an SOP under again whether there is known entrapment or not.........
