Hi guys,
Didn't post this in the communications forum cause no one really goes down there. I read in a journal about how the Houston Fire and James City County, VA's fire dispatch centers are using the ASAP-PSAP alarm entry protocol now. I'm curious to hear from anyone (either in the field or communications) what their experience has been, and if there have been very many errors caused by erroneous alarm company data (wrong jurisdiction, transposed house numbers, etc)...
Thanks, be safe!
