    Default USAR cut table jig

I'm looking to build a quick/handy cut table jig for our USAR trailer. Can anyone post any pics or a description of what you may have in your cahce? And/or any thoughts on how to improve upon them. Thanks.

Pg 49 of the above link will give you a cut table layout.

Follow this link to this Structural Collapse Technician FOG manual chapter (SCT02b Manual) at the Disaster Engineering Library website. Go to page 60 and you will find a template for a cutting table and jig for building shores.

Thanks for the responses. I have seen those in the FOG. Some org's have a jig for cutting wedges. Does anyone have a picture of theirs?

We have a cut table that is set up for a miter saw that has jigs for wedges. We have a training day on November 10 so I should be able to get you some pictures of it.

Using the table you should be able to make wedges without a problem. Do you have a saw big enough to make them in a single cut? Tap your guys that are in the trades and comfortable with tools to make them.

PATF- Thanks, that's what I'm looking for.
ADSN- we currently do not have a saw big enough (ie. 10") to make the side cuts in the 2x's and 4x's. And that is part of my plan, to identify the need for a saw big enough to make those cuts. Thanks.
