On the FP & S Grant....What can you buy with the money that is left over after you have purchased all of the items in the grant??

Usually they default to the same $5k excess fund rule as AFG, otherwise with an amendment they'll probably let you buy more FP&S eligible stuff whether it was in the original request or not. The view is always that there's never enough FP being done so anyone wanting more stuff to do it with they're happy to approve that real quick.
