About LinkBacksHey Everyone:
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a good pair of cross-training shoes as I train for the CPAT and academy. I'm used to wearing Asics running shoes for distance running. I'm hoping to find something with a little more variability for stairs, sprints, lifting, etc.
All suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance!
