Onebugle we in same situation. Yesterday evening I open fema portal to find we had 3 messages and all
excited and not reading which app it was on I open the 1st and it says received your performace report and in the 12th month make your closeout. Then opened the second message to find Regional Specialist saying your performance report was approved. Opened third to find AFG saying performance was past due and to submit report.

Submitted my final closeout of two 2009 grants and received letter today! Thank goodness, that part is finally over...
