Leadership Books and Material

I am looking for suggestions for books, web sites, and even tips that any of you all have found helpful in your career. I'd like the emphasis to be fire service leadership, but anything helpful will be appreciated. I've read Rick Lasky's Pride and Ownership and am working on John Salka's First In Last Out. I am also work on John Maxwell's The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, just to let you know where I'm at.

Not only will this help me out in my continual quest to better myself, this would be a great thread for all aspiring leaders.
