We recently (just under the wire) narrowbanded all of our equipment including our pagers. We have two channel Minitor V's..
After narrowbanding we now hear, what I can best describe as extreme feedback, when the dispatchers, or anyone for that matter, is talking on the radio. Not all of our pagers do this, but it is enough to be a problem.
Anyone else have this problem?

We have this problem with some of our pagers also. The problem was there before narrowbanding, but got worse after making the switch. From what I understand this can be fixed by putting a piece of foam between the speaker and the case of the pager. Newer pagers already have this done. I've been meaning to do this on mine for months but haven't gotten around to it. I've just been keeping the volume lower on my pager as a workaround until I fix it.
