I'm looking to re-create SOG's from scratch for my fire department and I am seeing if anyone is willing to offer advice or possibly a copy of your guidelines that I can use as a guide. We are a small volunteer department in rural NY consisting of about 35 active members. Any suggestions would be a huge help. Thank you.
