    Default Looking into getting a Phenix TL2.. Help?

    As the title says, I'm looking into getting a Phenix TL2 to replace the county issued 1010. Which set up would y'all go with between nape strap or ratchet system, and regular suspension or deluxe suspension? Anything I should know about the lid?
