Closeout issues , system generating payment request

Finally closed out a 2009 FO grant last week. Today the system generated a payment request that ended with an email to me stating it was rejected due to available balance of 0. Called the guys in Washington and they are having vetting errors with the closeouts. If anyone else gets this, they advised to ignore it. Just FYI

Had the same issue. Has no affect on closing out the grant. I did reply to the email stating the the payment request was denied.

Recieved a reply yesterday that stated:

"Please disregard the payment denial. There is a system issue that generated the request."

It was a tad late as the 2009 grant closeout was officially accepted last week.

Ill be sending mine off probably friday, hope theres not any more issues with this grant.

As I stated in another thread, I had to write a check into "cyberspace" in order to close out my 2009 grant. I guess they're trying to get it back with these invoice request...hoping someone would send one LOL

I will be glad when the '10 module opens up. Would like to put that to bed and forget it already.
