2009 closeout question
"Is the program (not the grant) continuing beyond the expiration date of this FEMA grant? Yes No
If the above answer is yes, does the grantee request to continue use of all or part of the equipment? (Please add all such equipment below by clicking Add Equipment button.)
I read this as if we are going to keep the equipment check yes, the big problem is i go to enter in all the equipment and a error page comes up. What do i need to do?
If you said "yes" to both questions and the error message comes up when you clicked on "Add Equipment" you need to contact the Help Desk. Probably another computer glitch.

The grant was for air packs they were 5,250 per pack i entered the equipment in and this is what i got

What the heck?
I found using Firefox caused me some grief like that filling forms out. Switched to Internet Exployer and the problems went away. And , yes, each of SCBA's need entry along with the serial numbers. I had to enter 14 of them
