Reverse serpentine. Not out of the box, but if you can do that you should be good to go.

Apparatus positioning drills. Find target addresses in your local and come up with senerios- "Fire in the A/B corner" or "Fire on the loading dock." Position the rig for most efficient offensive/defensive fire attack." Make them think in the absence of a company officer.

For new drivers, I would want to know they won't smash up my rig. Alley Dock, crap like that.
