Video Conferencing for Training and Morning Briefings

Does anybody know if there is an affordable, functional video conferencing system where we can train from station to station? Everything I have researched has been either extremely unaffordable or so proprietary that it is not functional. Our department is looking to streamline training to where we do a round table discussion while staying in our first due area. If anybody knows of anything let me know so I can look into it.

5 stations, and Skype does not allow screen sharing to over new documents and any video training! I've been researching this for a while and found something that may be what I'm looking for.

So for anybody interested I found my solution for group computing and group interactive training from remote locations! The website is Intovate.com it's a system made by firefighters and fire chies for firefighters and chiefs! I called them and they got back to me and we did an online video conference and I'm going to push to get this!
