I have been tasked to draft a social media policy for my department.

Would anyone care to share some insight, thoughts or current policies that your department has adopted?

I find this quite challenging. Social media is very hard to monitor. It also occurs outside the work place. Drafting a policy that isn't too " big brother" or arbitrary is going to be interesting.
