Florida certified to Virginia back to Florida
Wondering if anyone can help me with this. I graduated from a Florida fire academy and obtained the Florida certificate of compliance. And moved away to Virginia and joined a volunteer fire department and now I am considering moving back to Florida. My question is about my Florida cert that states it expires in 3 years after obtaining it unless you're employed as a firefighter or a current volunteer. Since I am an active volunteer does that mean my Florida cert is still active even though I was volunteering out of state? If anyone has info please share. Or info on who I should ask.
Thank youThe world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it.
