For most of my life I have struggled with compulsive eating and weight issue. Now, finally, after trying everything and failing over and over again I am finding stability with my weight and less and less need to be obsessing about food and weight. It took me almost 3 years to lose the 30 -40 pounds that were my problem and I have been able to maintain pretty close to that weight loss now for almost 2 years. I feel much better.
