    Just a message to all of you out there trying to get hired. Do not EVER give up!!! It has been a long six years of traveling all around. Scrimping and saving. It pays off!! And don't let age get you down. I'm almost 42 y/o and I found out Monday that I finally got my break!!! Start the academy in a week and half. Just some words of encouragement. DON'T EVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!!! Determination and perserverence.
